How to Identify
General Cockroaches:
Cockroaches are resilient pests commonly found in warm, humid environments. They range in size from small German cockroaches, about 1/2 inch long, to larger American cockroaches, which can grow up to 2 inches. Cockroaches have flattened, oval bodies with long antennae and six spiny legs. They are typically brown or black and are often seen scurrying quickly when disturbed. Common signs of infestation include droppings, egg cases, shed skins, and a musty odor. Look for these pests in kitchens, bathrooms, and dark, damp areas.
Oriental Cockroaches (Outdoor):
Oriental cockroaches are large, dark brown or black insects, typically about 1 inch long. They have shiny, smooth bodies and are often found in damp, dark areas such as basements, crawl spaces, and drains. Unlike other cockroaches, they are less likely to be found climbing walls.
American Cockroaches (Outdoor):
American cockroaches are the largest common cockroach species, growing up to 2 inches long. They are reddish-brown with a yellowish margin on the thorax. They are often found in warm, humid environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
German Cockroaches (Indoor):
German cockroaches are small, about 1/2 inch long, and light brown to tan with two dark parallel stripes on their backs. They are commonly found in kitchens and bathrooms, especially near food and water sources.

- Store food in airtight containers and dispose of garbage regularly.

Oriental Cockroaches (Outdoor):

If we are doing a general pest service, all we ask is that your dogs are inside and that the side gate is unlocked or someone is home to unlock it. If we are doing an interior service, depending on the pest issue, our office will give clear instructions on how to prepare!
